When you check a property, request a report, book a consultation, ask for a referral, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, property address, transaction goals, timeline, notes, and the answers you choose to provide.

We may also receive business contact and transaction information from a person making a referral, a participating agent or brokerage, Samson Properties, or an authorized team member importing an existing business record. The person providing another individual's information must be authorized to do so.

We also collect limited technical and usage information, such as pages viewed, button and form activity, referral source, campaign parameters, browser or device information, and IP address. The site may use session storage or local storage to remember attribution, preserve an unfinished interview, or support an authorized portal import.

We use information to answer requests, prepare property estimates and reports, arrange appointments, provide brokerage or referral services, send requested updates, maintain records, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve the site and customer experience.

Property and transaction information may be processed by automated tools to prepare an informational estimate or report. Those tools do not make lending, insurance, employment, or housing-eligibility decisions.

Providing a phone number does not by itself enroll you in recurring marketing text messages. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe method when required.

Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager may operate when configured. Those services may use cookies or similar technology to measure visits and actions. Essential cookies are also used to protect the team portal and maintain authorized access. You can limit cookies through your browser, although some functions may stop working.

We may share information with Samson Properties, service providers that support hosting, databases, email, analytics, calendar scheduling, property research, and document delivery, and professionals involved in a service you request.

For nationwide service, we may share the information needed to make an introduction with a licensed agent or brokerage in the relevant market. Participating real estate brokers may pay referral compensation in connection with a completed transaction. We do not publish customer contact information or sell contact lists.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, maintain brokerage and transaction records, document consent and suppression choices, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent misuse. The retention period depends on the record type, whether a transaction or referral remains active, and applicable recordkeeping requirements.

We use administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted portal access and signed sessions, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing info@thhreg.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, compliance, security, or transaction purposes. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site.
